Though, people with little knowledge of Bharti may think that like school exams, the written exam of the army is toughest, while in reality the physical of the army is tougher than any test, especially the race part.

So, if you really wish to join Indian army then you have to prepare yourself physically as well as mentally. Under mentioned are some points that will help you prepare better :

1. Start at least 2 months before: you can not run 1.6 km with full speed if you are not in practice, it is just not possible. For that, you have one must begin to practice running at least 2 months before the rally day. Because then only you will be able to match the standards of other candidates (the best ones).

2. Constant Practice: consistency is one of the key difference between a winner and a loser. Most of the people somehow do start their practice but fail to maintain the consistency in their efforts, and this is where winners make their move and win the game.
